Label Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic Krones labelers, including setting up glue units, label feeds, and adjusting rails for different bottle sizes.
• Ensure accurate label application, check for proper orientation, batch code legibility, and proper gluing/alignment.
• Perform daily cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance on the labeler. Address mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Record, maintain, and monitor production outputs, batch records, and, if required, manage, and verify inventory of labels and glue.
• Comply with food safety standards (HACCP) and company safety guidelines (PPE).

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Beverages/FMCG, preferably with Krones machinery.
• Technical Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Mechanical or Electrical technology preferred.
