**Summary:**
Our client, a growing contract research organization specializing in drug discovery services, is seeking a Lab Technician III to support their screening and compound management team. This role provides hands-on laboratory support across early-stage drug discovery, including high-throughput screening, target identification, and lead optimization work, contributing to projects that span the full preclinical discovery pipeline.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations of a screening and compound management group, working in an SOP-driven environment to generate compound plates and test client samples using cell-based assay platforms.
