Lab Technician

Overview:
Client is seeking a Lab Technician with a strong interest in process improvement and willingness to work in an industrial/plating environment. This person will support lab waste treatment, perform basic wet chemistry/titration work, and spend time on the production floor analyzing how chemistry changes impact product quality and process performance.
This is not a traditional “white lab coat” role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable both in the lab and on the floor, helping optimize plating/finishing processes and communicating findings internally and with outside chemical reps.
Key Responsibilities

+ Operate and support the waste treatment facility

+ Perform basic wet chemistry, titrations, pH testing/manipulation, metal precipitation, polymers, dosing/pumping

+ Analyze chemistry results and determine required bath/process adjustments

+ Communicate recommendations to production staff
