The Lab Technician will be responsible for maintaining plating baths and overseeing wastewater treatment operations onsite in the plant. This role involves walking the plant floor each morning with an iPad to record any variations or issues, and making necessary adjustments by adding chemicals. The technician will handle chemical baths, which require lifting bags weighing up to 55 lbs, and take water samples three times a day for lab testing, including pH, titrations, and color testing. Results must be recorded and entered into the system accurately. The technician will also change bag filters, clean the clarifier weekly, and perform maintenance on treatment equipment with full training provided.
