• To Adhere to all applicable company policies, departmental procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• To Ensure assigned SOPs and training modules are completed within the required timeframe.
• To Follow all laboratory safety and biohazard handling guidelines; identify and report any potential safety concerns.
• To Support department productivity by ensuring inbound shipments are opened accurately and within expected timelines.
• To Work collaboratively within the team and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding shipment volumes or issues.
• To Provide operational support during peak shipment periods or as assigned by management.

• Min Dip/ Degree in Science
