Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Lab Technician in the Center for Immunity and Inflammation within the New Jersey Medical School (NJMS). 

The primary purpose of the Health Aide position is to work under the direction of the head clerk and in accordance with WIC policies and procedures, provides clerical and laboratory client services to WIC enrolled women who are pregnant, postpartum or breast feeding, and to infants and children up to age five (5). Perform lab duties and anthropometric measurements, makes clinic appointments and provides front desk support for client check-in. Conducts hemoglobin testing and takes height and weight measurements of WIC participants. Participates in WIC mandated initiatives such as immunization data collection and computer input. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Service Excellence.
