Lab Technician

The Lab Technician will begin by applying foundational laboratory skills—such as flow cytometry and sperm physiology—while receiving comprehensive training under the supervision of the Lab Manager and experienced technicians. Over time, employees will expand their technical expertise to independently operate multiple sorting units, support lab operations at a higher level, and contribute to training and mentoring newer team members.
