Lab Technician

Job Description
As a Lab Technician, you will lead a team of 2-5 members per shift, providing support in testing, calibration, and troubleshooting. You will conduct routine tests on crude oil, base oils, lube oils, and petrochemicals. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and interpreting GC/ICPs, accurately inputting data into the lab LIMS system, following safety protocols, and maintaining lab inventory.
Responsibilities

+ Lead 2-5 team members per shift for testing and troubleshooting.

+ Conduct routine tests on crude oil, base oils, lube oils, and petrochemicals.

+ Run, set up, and interpret GC/ICPs.

+ Accurately input data into the lab LIMS system.

+ Follow safety protocols for proper lab SOPs.

+ Maintain the inventory of the lab.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in lab, quality control, chemistry, and laboratory settings.
