Lab Technician

To carry out QC testing by ensuring the quality of product released to customers is complying with QC Specification. Ensure continuity to support production shift of 24 hours.

Quality Control Testing

• Perform routine QC testing on raw materials, in‑process materials, and finished products.
• Test products to specification within production priorities and deadlines.
• Perform adjustment of batches to within specification following instructions from superior.
• Notify abnormal/out of specification test results to direct superior.
• Assist production upon request.
• Support / Manage retain samples as per instructions from superior.
• Use laboratory instruments in compliance with ASTM/ISO/EN standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Record and maintain accurate test results and quality records.
• Report any non‑conformance to superior.
