Lab Technician

Job Responsibilities:

· To operate injection and moulding machine for preparing test specimens

· To operate extruder machine for production lot sample and new product development sample

· To carry out properties test for new product development

· To upkeep all Technical Lab equipment in the proper manner

· To prepare all related documents for deliveries

· To ensure good housekeeping and excellent laboratory practices

· Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior due to changes in organization or business direction

Job Requirements:

· Quality Control

· Injection moulding

· Extrusion moulding

· Minimize quality issue and product rejection

· Able to work under minimum supervision

· Able to work as a team

· Good communication skills

· Good Team Working Skiils

· Time management

· Required to work in a Polymer Testing Lab
