Lab Technician

Description
• Manage the full lifecycle of cell lines cryopreserved as master and working cell banks, host strains, and biological material.
• Perform all GMP and non-GMP cell bank QCs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of engineered cell lines and associated product source information.
• Assist development scientists with strain engineering and characterization.
• Preparation and maintenance of competent E. coli strains for in-house use.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
BS with 0-2 years+ experience in Biology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry
Preferred 2+ years in industry experience
Experience with PCR, DNA Sequencing, and molecular biology
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Ipswich, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
