We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician I to join our team. This position involves working under the technical oversight of a Clinical Lab Scientist to perform specimen testing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities

+ Participate in specimen testing according to established procedures.

+ Record dates of receipt, use, and expiration for all reagents, kits, controls, and standards.

+ Ensure that all materials used are not expired before use.

+ Perform pipetting using pre-set devices, calibrated and approved automatic devices, or fixed volume dispensers.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and document appropriately.

+ Contact appropriate personnel for issues requiring complex instrument repairs.

+ Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
