Job Description
As an Electronics Lab Technician at Renesas you will support the applications engineering team working on the development of Power Management ICs. You will be responsible for maintaining the lab and the equipment.
You will support the team with evaluation board verifications, equipment/bench setup, evaluation board rework, soldering, replacement of soldered ICs, yearly calibration of the equipment, yearly ESD measurements of the lab, maintaining of lab benches, shipment & ordering requests. Having knowledge of automation & being able to run automated lab setups is a big bonus.
Principal Responsibilities
Assisting in setting up test rigs and supporting test & validation process.
Soldering, board rework, IC replacement, validation board bring-up.
Preparing requests for the purchase of necessary materials and equipment for the laboratory.
Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
