Schedule: Full Time - 1st Shift M-F 7/7:30am start time

Job Description:
+ The Lab Technician role is essential to ensuring timely sample preparation, inventory coordination, and seamless collaboration across production, QC, and shipping.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and compound flavor samples for internal teams and customers.
+ Operate lab equipment, including spray dryers, homogenizers, mixers, and extractors.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records and proactively resolve backorders.
+ Collaborate with Flavorists to refine formulas and support development projects.
