Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized coating testing (e.g., adhesion, corrosion resistance, durability, viscosity) following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and document test data accurately in lab records.
Assist in coating formulation trials, raw material sampling, and sample preparation to support new product development and existing product improvement.
Maintain lab equipment (e.g., coating applicators, testing instruments, analytical tools) through regular calibration, cleaning, and troubleshooting to ensure operational reliability.
Strictly adhere to EHS regulations and lab safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals/materials to maintain a safe working environment. Follow safety requirements and wear necessary PPE when working in the lab.
Manage lab inventory of raw materials, consumables, and testing supplies; track stock levels and initiate replenishment requests as needed.
