Lab TechnicianKey Responsibilities
+ Perform analytical and sensory testing on in‑process and finished products.
+ Accurately record, interpret, and enter test results in LIMS and required documentation.
+ Follow SOPs, GMP, GLP, and HACCP requirements at all times.
+ Identify data discrepancies and promptly escalate results outside specifications.
+ Receive, label, store, retain, and manage samples according to procedures.
+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and document laboratory equipment performance.
+ Safely handle chemicals, fluids, and compressed gases per SDS and safety policies.
+ Verify methods, standards, instruments, and participate in proficiency testing as needed.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection‑ready laboratory environment.
+ Train team members on laboratory procedures and equipment.
+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide QC coverage as needed.
