Lab Supervisor

Micron is seeking a highly-qualified Supervisor to take responsibility for the lab execution and to supervise and manage lab operators to align daily work assignments. Further responsibilities include assessing the progress of operations, reviewing methods and practices used by the supervised staff, and overseeing tool maintenance and calibration activities on lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operator/technicians, implement and sustain GEL Labs supporting activities.
• Manage GEL Equipment including internal and external audits, ESD and calibration, safety and chemical control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on space planning, facilitation, purchase and installation of capital equipment.
• Manage inventory levels of spares and coordinate internal/external vendors on repair, preventive maintenance of equipment.
