**Position Purpose**

+ Assists the Laboratory Manager with coordination and oversight for the efficient and effective operation of Anatomic and Clinical Laboratory; to directly supervise and evaluate personnel and to perform technical, quality review and administrative duties as they apply to the section; accountable for review of department quality assurance and performance improvement procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
