Job Description
The job scope is to provide support to the preparation of saline solutions used for the manufacture of contact lenses in order to assure but no limited to QSR, ISO 13485, GMP, and GLP compliance.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Prepares the saline solutions as per applicable procedures.
Supports all manufacturing lines providing the saline solutions as required.
Performs equipment verification (., analytical balance, top loading,
Performs temperature monitoring.
Complies with good laboratory practices, GMP, ISO 13485, QSR, safety and environmental regulations.
Complies with safety and environmental regulations.
Cleans laboratory containers and equipment used.
Organize and segregate saline solutions in the refrigerator accordingly.
Reports raw materials usage in BPCS.
