Lab Patient Technician

Responsible for the specimen collection process, from greeting patients to preparing specimens for transportation.

Status & Schedule

Status: Part Time Regular

Schedule: Monday‑Wednesday: 7:30 AM‑3:30 PM and Saturday: 8:00 AM‑12:00 PM

Additional Requirements: Must have a valid license and vehicle, work Saturdays and be available for shift changes on Thursday and Friday as required.

• Greet patients, request required information, and explain specimen collection process.
• Perform phlebotomies, connect/disconnect Holter monitors, and perform ECG tracings.
• Collect special tests such as medical/legal drug screens, paternity tests, and clinical trials, and complete related documentation.
