Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Process payroll weekly, biweekly, and monthly, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance across all cycles.
Ensure all earnings, deductions, taxes, and contributions (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, FONACOT) are calculated correctly.
Audit and reconcile payroll records across employees, cost centers, legal entities, and locations to ensure full understanding.
Manage and validate payroll CFDI stamping, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure all payments follow internal policies, including vacation, sick leave, absences, PTU, Christmas bonus, settlements, and severance.
Administer and validate payroll incidents and adjustments such as overtime, bonuses, leaves, and deductions.
