Job Description

Role Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) with great room to grow



Location: On-site (Requires a 4–6 hour overlap with Sydney AEST/AEDT)



Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off



Core Focus: Keeping our systems reliable, billing accurate, and tools running smoothly.



This isn't a stressful support desk or a high-pressure feature factory. This is a System Ownership role. You will be the go-to person who looks after our configurations, solves interesting billing puzzles, and improves the tools our team uses every day. If you love problem-solving, clean data, and protecting system stability, you will fit right in!

What You’ll Do and Impact



System & Access Control: Take ownership of our user groups, permissions, and organizational setups (RBAC/ACL models) to keep things secure and stable.



Billing & Payments Detective: Look into transactions, balances, and logs to solve payment anomalies ...
