About the job L2 Technical Support Engineer

Remote Position

  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.
  • Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  • Strong expertise in Linux systems.
  • RHCE certification is mandatory.
  • CKA certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 (L2) support to customers, including researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to Kubernetes/OpenShift/Rancher and VMware Tanzu technical issues.
  • Engage with customers directly, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work effectively under pressure, particularly during critical (P1) incidents, to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
