L2 Support Engineer

About Position:
Experience in global systems support, with emphasis on the Market / Credit Risk domain. Understanding of financial products (Rates, FX, Equities, Credit, Commodities, etc) and familiarity with risk metrics (VaR, FRTB, sensitivities, stress tests.

What You'll Do:
- Ensure the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports daily
- Monitor overnight risk batch processes and publish daily status reports
- Respond to support incidents such as data load calculation or report generation failures
- Manage incident tickets and track resolution through ITSM tools (JIRA ServiceNow)
- Respond to end-user service requests
- Release Management on UAT and Production Environments
