Role: L2 Support Engineer for Telecom OSS Service Assurance (BMC Remedy, Java)
Location: Helsinki, Finland
Employment type: Full-time
Experience: 6+yrs
Key Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot BMC Remedy workflows, forms, and integrations
Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change management
Enforce RBAC, secure credential handling, and audit trails for sensitive customer data
Support integrations with OSS/BSS systems (Inventory, Assurance, CRM) and ITSM workflows
Operate dashboards for SLA compliance, ticket lifecycle metrics, and backlog aging
Work closely with Network Operations, Customer Care, Security Teams, and OSS Architects
Experience & Skills Requirements:
Must have:
Hands-on experience with BMC Remedy (ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Work Order).
Strong Java programming skills for backend fixes and API integrations.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and telecom OSS Service Assurance workflows.
