Job Brief
Cardtrend is looking for a dynamic and proactive L2 Support Engineer to join our Support Department. You will work closely with the Support Manager during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) maintenance phase. The role offers exposure to Level 2 (L2) support functions, depending on your capability and growth aspirations.
This position requires working in rotational shifts to support a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute tasks assigned by the Support Manager across various support functions.
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
- Perform duties according to business needs as requested by the Support Manager.
- Manage Configuration Items in Confluence/Knowledge Base.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation templates collaboratively with the team.
- Assist in Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues.
