Perform data migration, backup, and recovery operations ensuring minimal disruption and high data integrity. Monitor and optimize storage performance, analyze utilization, and conduct capacity planning to avoid shortages. Troubleshoot complex storage-related issues, manage incidents, and ensure high availability and performance compliance. Implement storage security measures, including access controls, encryption, and retention policies. Proficient in tools such as EMC Unity, NetApp OnCommand, and scripting/orchestration tools like Python, Ansible, Splunk.
