Job Description

We are looking for an L2 Cloud Engineer to support and manage cloud and infrastructure environments. The role involves handling L2 support tickets, performing troubleshooting, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring issues are resolved within defined SLAs. The candidate should be comfortable working in shifts as well as production support environment.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle L2 support tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.

• Perform second-level troubleshooting for cloud and infrastructure-related issues.

• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding issue status and resolution.

• Escalate issues to L3 teams when required, with proper analysis and documentation.

• Ensure proper shift handover by documenting ongoing issues and pending...
