Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred; significant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcomed to apply.
• Flexible to arrangements in fixed working hours and/or shift work with ad‑hoc allowances.
• Minimum of two years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Good team player with strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive and possess a positive attitude.
• Independent personality and versatile as a good team player when working on projects within a team.
• Candidate must have a relentless attitude and take responsibility and ownership of customer problems from start to resolution.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE) are a plus.
