This is a challenging but highly rewarding leadership role within a secure children’s home, supporting young people who have experienced significant trauma and may present with complex emotional and behavioural needs. As a Secure Team Supervisor, you will take a key role in leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring young people receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care. You will be instrumental in creating a stable and therapeutic environment that helps young people build trust, resilience, and positive futures.
