Responsibilities
Work independently with the team and timely complete the tasks being allocated by Team Lead. Support KYC operations including New Client Onboarding, Existing Client Review and other concerned processes and ensure KYC files are consistently completed in line with policy and procedure. Take responsibility for the proper management of KYC files and client records in the information systems.Use proper communication skills (verbal and written) when communicating with Front Office. Manage communication & updates between all key stakeholders and help Front Office to understand SG’s KYC requirements and provide additional rationale as to why certain documents are being requestedOwnership of the case from the point of documents collection to validation
