Job Summary

We are looking for Outreach Analysts fluent in Spanish & English to support periodic and trigger-based KYC reviews. This role focuses on client and front-office engagement, ensuring timely collection of KYC documents and resolution of queries.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage client outreach for KYC document collection
• Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams
• Track, follow up, and manage outstanding KYC documentation
• Maintain accurate communication logs and outreach trackers
• Provide timely updates to periodic review and internal teams
• Support audit-readiness by ensuring documentation completeness
• Escalate delays or issues in document collection to relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of outreach processes and client experience
