Job Summary
We are looking for Outreach Analysts fluent in Spanish & English to support periodic and trigger-based KYC reviews. This role focuses on client and front-office engagement, ensuring timely collection of KYC documents and resolution of queries.
Responsibilities
Initiate and manage client outreach for KYC document collection
Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams
Track, follow up, and manage outstanding KYC documentation
Maintain accurate communication logs and outreach trackers
Provide timely updates to periodic review and internal teams
Support audit-readiness by ensuring documentation completeness
Escalate delays or issues in document collection to relevant stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement of outreach processes and client experience
