【昆明洲际酒店】行政酒廊经理

1、全面负责行政酒廊的日常运营管理工作，确保服务品质符合洲际酒店集团标准
2、制定并执行酒廊服务流程与标准，监督服务团队提供个性化尊享服务
3、统筹管理酒廊餐饮出品质量，包括早餐、下午茶及晚间欢乐时光等特色服务
4、维护高端客户关系，处理VIP客人的特殊需求及投诉事宜
5、控制酒廊运营成本，负责每月库存盘点及物资申购管理
6、培训督导服务团队，定期进行服务技能与产品知识考核

1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先
2、3年以上国际品牌酒店行政酒廊或餐饮部门管理经验
3、熟练使用Opera、Micros等酒店管理系统
4、出色的客户洞察力与危机处理能力，能承受高强度工作压力
