Job Description
1、负责酒店面包房日常运营，包括面包、糕点等烘焙产品的制作
2、根据标准配方进行原料称量、面团制作、发酵控制及成品烘焙
3、研发季节性新品及特色产品，定期更新菜单
4、严格把控产品质量，确保符合食品安全标准
5、维护烘焙设备清洁，执行每日消毒程序
6、管理原料库存，控制生产成本
1、中专及以上学历，烘焙相关专业优先
2、精通欧式、法式面包及西点制作工艺
3、持有健康证，熟悉食品安全法规
4、具备创新意识和团队协作能力
