1、负责餐厅宾客的接待与引导工作，确保客人得到及时、热情的迎宾服务
2、准确记录客人预订信息，合理安排座位，协调餐厅内部服务流程
3、维护餐厅整洁与秩序，保持专业形象与服务环境
4、解答客人基础咨询，处理简单投诉并及时反馈上级
5、协助服务团队完成每日开餐前准备工作及收尾工作

1、普通话流利，具备良好的交流能力
2、具备优秀的服务意识与亲和力
3、具有团队协作精神，能适应倒班工作制（含周末及节假日）
4、有酒店/餐饮行业实习或工作经验者优先考虑
