【昆明洲际酒店】餐饮副总监

1、协助餐饮总监制定并执行餐饮部门的年度经营计划与预算方案
2、全面监督餐厅、酒吧、宴会等餐饮区域的日常运营管理
3、负责制定餐饮服务标准流程并监督执行，确保服务质量达标
4、定期分析经营数据，提出成本控制及营收增长方案
5、协调厨房与厅面工作，优化出餐流程与服务响应效率
6、处理重大客户投诉及突发事件，维护酒店品牌形象
7、负责餐饮团队培训体系建设，提升员工专业技能与服务意识

1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理相关专业优先
2、至少3年高星级酒店餐饮管理经验，具备黑珍珠中餐厅管理经验者优先
3、精通餐饮成本控制、菜单设计及餐厅运营管理
4、具备优秀的团队领导力与跨部门协调能力
5、能适应弹性工作时间，具备处理突发事件的应变能力
