Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Operations

• Provision and maintain Kubernetes clusters and worker nodes.
• Handle alerts, incidents, and on‑call responsibilities for critical production systems.
• Perform OS and middleware upgrades, patching, and configuration updates.
• Implement security requirements and hardening measures.
• Support planned releases, maintenance windows, and overnight deployments.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
• Assess risks related to production operations and propose mitigation steps.

2. Platform Development & Automation

• Design and propose architecture improvements, including diagrams, trade‑off evaluations, and technical specifications.
