Salary: £33,015 – £41,137 (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role

As a SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs. You will:

• Plan and deliver lessons across core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
• Support pupils’ academic and personal development through Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
• Contribute to EHCP reviews and PEP meetings
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Work closely with colleagues, families, and external agencies
• Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
