To provide high‑quality teaching and learning within a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment, ensuring all pupils make strong progress from their starting points, in line with the Teachers’ Standards, statutory safeguarding guidance and the school’s Christian ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Set consistently high expectations for all pupils, ensuring strong progress regardless of starting point
• Plan and deliver well‑structured lessons with a focus on writing, spelling, handwriting and mathematics
• Maintain a calm, purposeful classroom where learning time is protected
