Job Description
+ Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers
+ Assist in communicating with Korean-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
+ Translate or interpret basic information between Korean and English/Vietnamese when required
+ Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a courteous and professional manner
+ Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documents, or guest information as assigned
+ Participate in on-the-job training and departmental briefings
+ Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head
