An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Knowledge Paralegal to join the Restructuring team of a leading US law firm in London. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping and developing the teams knowledge function.
The role is initially offered on a 5-month fixed-term contract, with a strong view to becoming a permanent, long-term position due to continued growth and demand within the team.
The Role
You will work closely with senior lawyers to:
Lead on know-how collation and organisation
Support the development and maintenance of internal knowledge resources
Conduct legal and market research to support the team
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies, including through the use of AI tools
