Overview

Principal Clarinet – Kuopio City Orchestra. Position available starting 1 Oct 2026. 6‑month probation. Salary: €3,225.29 per month plus standard experience allowances, uniform and instrument payments, and media allowance. Responsible for playing the first clarinet in the orchestra.

Responsibilities

• Provide first clarinet performance in all orchestral concerts and rehearsals.
• Play clarinet solos and parts in concert and studio recordings.

Qualifications

• Excellent clarinet performance skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proof of musical education and orchestral experience.
