The role:
Supporting the Kitchen Manager and leading the kitchen operation in their absencePreparing and overseeing breakfast, lunch, evening meal and wood-fired pizza servicesPreparing and cooking fresh food to a consistently high standardMaintaining excellent standards of food quality, presentation and cleanlinessSupporting stock control, ordering and stock rotation processesAssisting with food cost control and minimising wasteSupervising and supporting kitchen assistants and junior team membersAssisting with training and development of apprentices, students and traineesWorking closely with the Front of House team to deliver an exceptional customer experienceEnsuring compliance with food hygiene, allergen and health & safety regulationsMaintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment The successful candidate...
