* Salary: £31,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
* Hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 06h30 and 17h30

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise shifts and production
* Oversee batch prep, cook–chill, vacuum-pack workflows
* Ensure correct Health & Safety procedures
* Help with ordering, and minimising waste
