Position Title: Kitchen Specialist

The Kitchen Specialist (Pizza & Oven) is responsible for executing the pizza production system of Bubba's Pizza, ensuring that every pizza meets the restaurant's standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. This role manages dough handling, pizza assembly, and oven operation while maintaining smooth coordination with the kitchen during service. This position is the primary kitchen role and carries additional responsibility for kitchen point person duties when the Chef / Owner is not present.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily dough assessment including fermentation condition, temperature, and readiness for service
• Prepare pizzas according to approved recipe standards including dough stretching, topping, and assembly
