Kitchen Prep Team Member

As a Fresh Prep Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing fresh salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other cold-prep items while maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and proper portioning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other fresh menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow proper recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areas
• Practice safe food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients throughout the shift
• Stock and rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
