The Role

As a Kitchen Porter at Carluccio’s, you’ll support our chefs and ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, and well‑organised. You will:

• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment and keeping work surfaces sanitary.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and organise and store deliveries.
• Dispose of waste and recycling properly, keeping the area tidy and free of hazards.
• Help with organisation and restocking of ingredients and supplies, ensuring the kitchen is ready for service.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
