Responsibilities

• Sanitize kitchen and staff areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Assist the kitchen brigade in preparing a clean working environment.
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean at all times.
• Manage the pot and plate wash areas effectively.
