Job Description
Cleaning and Hygiene: Wash dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas regularly, following deep cleaning schedules. Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff, front-of-house personnel, and supervisors, maintaining communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
